Shipping Questions

 

My country is asking for additional fees...

Testicuzzi is not responsible for any added import fees, custom fees, or other fees a country may require for shipping. It is your responsibility to be aware of your country's shipping process.

 

What do I do if I typed in the wrong address?...

Testicuzzi is not responsible for any return shipping or wrong address fees. We will do our best to assist, but we make no guarantees for address changes. 

 

Can I send my package to a different address?...

If you want to send your package to an address that's different than the address you provided on your order, you will be charged for any fees or shipping costs incurred by the product being returned. As soon as the product has been received in our return center, we can send you a replacement product. However, again you will be responsible for any additional shipping, restocking, and any other fees incurred due to an incorrect address. 

 

What do I do if I sent my product to the wrong address and it got returned to sender?...

It is your responsibility to send your package to the correct address when you order a product from Testicuzzi. When this situation happens, Testicuzzi is forced to pay for the return shipping costs, restocking fees, and additional shipping fees, these fees we will then forward on to the customer. We only send you a new product if you pay for any fees or shipping costs incurred by this situation. We will not issue a refund if this situation happens. Double check that your address is correct before you confirm a purchase. 

 

Can I get a refund if my order is lost in transit or damaged in shipping?

If your order is lost in transit, or damaged in shipping, we will not be responsible for refunding your order. We will send you a replacement product.

 

Return Questions

 

Can I return my product if it is defective or not working?...

Due to the nature of our product and how it is used, no opened product will be accepted or returned. Product that is defective or not working will be replaced after customers have gone through the troubleshooting process with a Testicuzzi representative. You can do this by emailing replacements@testicuzzi.com.

If it is determined that a product needs to be replaced, the representative will issue a return shipping label and coordinate that a replacement product be sent. Any replacement returns approved by Testicuzzi will be paid for by prepaid postage. 

 

Can I return my product?...

DO NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT TO OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER

Due to the nature of our product and how it is used, no opened product will be accepted or returned. If your package is unopened, and it's within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, you may return it to our Returns Department. You must email contact@testicuzzi.com to get the correct address and shipping label for our Returns Department. However, customer is responsible to pay for all shipping fees, and a restocking fee. Once we have received the returned product and *inspected the product, we will issue a refund, less the cost of shipping and a $20 restocking fee.

*Our receiving department will verify that no seals are broken and therefore may need up to 7 days after product is received for processing and to verify that the returned product has not been unsealed or tampered with.

Our returns departments is at a different location than our distribution center so all returns must be sent to the correct address which will be given when a return request is approved by emailing contact@testicuzzi.com. We can not help you if you return your product to our distribution center.

My product does not turn on...

Ensure that you have placed batteries in the product. Please email further issues to replacements@testicuzzi.com

Does the Testicuzzi require batteries?... 

Yes! The Testicuzzi requires 4 AA batteries. The bottom piece of the product is removable. 

What do I do if my package was opened?...

All of our products leave our factory in unopened packages. If you receive a package that has been opened, you can contact the delivery carrier.  

Can I cancel my order?...

Our distribution center fulfills orders fast. We are not responsible for canceling orders, but we will do our best to assist.
